Onechanbara: Bikini Zombie Slayers (お姉チャンバラ Revolution, OnēChanbara Revolution) is the Wii exclusive sequel to Onechanbara: Bikini Samurai Squad. It was released on February 7, 2008 in Japan and on February 10, 2009 in North America by Tamsoft and D3 Publisher as the first game in the series to be released for a Nintendo system.
Each character lasts eight stages. Here are the characters:
- Aya
- Saki
- Reiko (can be playable by beating the game using Aya)
- Misery (can be playable by beating the game using Saki)

- Onechanbara: Bikini Zombie Slayers was released in North America and Europe on the same day as the Xbox 360 title Onechanbara: Bikini Samurai Squad.
- Onechanbara: Bikini Zombie Slayers and Onechanbara: Bikini Samurai Squad were the first Onechanbara games to be released in North America.
- This is the first OneeChanbara game to introduce Saki's fisticuffs fighting style.
- The Japanese title of this game is Oneechanbara Revolution, Revolution being a reference to the pre-release codename of the Nintendo Wii, "Revolution."
